Who are you?
I'm SHAKR, a Melodic Nomad creating House music inspired by the world. Every journey, culture and encounter becomes a source of inspiration for my productions. I love blending groovy House rhythms with influences from different musical traditions to create tracks that make people dance while inviting them to travel. My goal is simple: connect people through groove.
Where are you from?
I'm from Belgium, where electronic music has a rich history shaped by artists like Daft Punk, Bob Sinclar and the French Touch movement. Growing up in this environment gave me a strong love for House music, but traveling opened my ears to Afro, Latin, funk and soul influences. Today, SHAKR is my way of bringing those worlds together through music.
