Where are you from?
I'm from Ann Arbor, MI – at first, I was coming up in Detroit, and the scene is very diverse out there with a bunch of different sounds ranging from house/techno to acoustic pop to smooth silky RnB … This is an extremely versatile city. I'm currently in Miami, and I feel a very similar vibe except people are mainly trying to make pop/mainstream sounding records.
